Delivery Method

Items are aimed to be sent off the same day as purchase, but all items will be sent out within 48 hours of purchase on a working week day (Monday – Friday).

All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For by default, which provides proof of postage for peace of mind.

For some larger items and items being shipped abroad, a courier service will be used, with tracking as standard to ensure safe delivery.

Although it is highly unlikely that damage should occur in-transit due to each item being packaged with utmost care and attention, I cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.

Returns and Refunds

I guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that I will refund returned items on the condition that the item has not been opened from it’s original inner packaging (polythene sleeve) and that it is perfect condition.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
